It's official.

My return ticket has been purchased. Now I just need to head down to the airport later this week to pick it up.

The thought of my eventual arrival back in the US clutters my brain with strangest mix of exhilaration and terror. It’s going to happen either way, I guess, so I might as well get used to it.

And so begins the (longish) final stage of my adventures here in South Africa.
